During the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual tours using platforms like ZOOM gained popularity. The purpose of this short movie was to visualize the process of going to the airport and boarding a plane before the start of an online tour broadcasted from multiple countries.

Due to the lockdown, it wasn’t possible to physically go to the airport, so still images were used, and the excitement before the journey was conveyed by layering audio.

This video was created based on feedback received from customers through a survey conducted in 2020 when we started online tours. There was a request for the inclusion of airplane images at the beginning to enhance the travel mood. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, efforts were made to capture the essence of travel in the video. Online tours have presented various new challenges and opportunities for travel companies, and we have continuously improved by creating diverse videos and adapting to customer reactions.

For designers, it became a valuable opportunity to explore what could be offered to make the current situation more enjoyable.
